Cancellation/ Refund Policy

We at Grahak Setu do not collect any money on behalf of any service provider.

Please note that the service provider seeks your prior approval before undertaking the repair with an itemized list of repair items, labour charges and courier charges – if any. You are requested to review the quotation carefully, seek clarifications through the in-app messaging from the authorized service center personnel before making the payment.

No refund will be made on payments made. But, in the event the equipment is not repaired to your satisfaction, please re-initiate the service ticket and the service provider will work on it again- with no additional cost to you except courier charges to the service center.

 

Shipping policies

All shipping charges to the service center of the service provider is borne by you. In case of out of warranty repairs or cases where warranty is void owing to misuse or other reason, you will bear the charge for shipment of the repaired items back to you. For In -warranty cases, the service provider will send the repaired items back to you at its own cost. Shipment is always done after careful packing and sent by reputed courier companies.
